Our one of a kind products are made to order!

We stand behind our products and want to ensure our customers are satisfied throughout the purchasing process. We inspect each product before it leaves our Atelier for shipping; However, in the unlikely event there is a fault in our product we will  take returns.

Returns accepted on any regularly priced, unused item within 14 days of orders receipt. Please contact us to obtain a Return Address label and return item(s) in their original packaging. Provided the necessary criteria, refunds are given in full excluding the shipping charge. Please allow 7-14 days for processing.

All custom made order(s) and sale items are final.

Orders will generally ship on or before 4th December. You will receive an email with shipping details.

DHL for international shipping. International shipments may be subject to additional duties and taxes determined by the customs agency within the destination country, all of which are the full responsibility of the recipient. International items may be delayed due to customs. Notifications can be found by accessing the tracking number provided in the final shipment email. As pieces are delicate and fabric could be damaged with scissors, please open your package carefully
