Orders will generally ship on or before 4th December. You will receive an email with shipping details. DHL for international shipping. We stand behind our products and want to ensure our customers are satisfied throughout the purchasing process. We inspect each product before it leaves our Atelier for shipping; However, in the unlikey event there is a fault in our product we will happily take returns.
Returns accepted on any regularly priced, unused item within 14 days of orders receipt. Please contact us to obtain a Return Address label and return item(s) in their original packaging. Provided the necessary criteria, refunds are given in full excluding the shipping charge. Please allow 7-14 days for processing.
